  WATHDOG have been informed!! Don’t buy from SCS sofas or any part of this group they sell the worst quality sofas and couldn’t care less about the poor customers stuck with their excuses !! We were Miss sold in shop- not informed of the poor quality fibre that would be in the sofas, litterally within 3 weeks (after been dressed every day 2/3 times) it looked like it was 3 years old! I contacted their version of aftercare sales, I say their version because well it’s non existent!! Eventually they sent one of their “experts” down who looked at it and said they’re all the same because the fibre is poor quality and even if he put more in it’ll just go lumpy like my 2 seater now is without the extra filling! After 10 weeks and trying in vain thru twitter they’ve sent another “expert” down who admitted that they have to say it’s damage on our part because the flatness of the cushion on my 3 seater has happened whilst it’s been in our home, they’re not given any other option for a reason, he also stated that they’re called out mostly about the fibre quality. Biggest fob off ever! I’ve even tried complaining to head office.. not interested I even emailed the CEO who passed it back to one of his minions.. not interested !! I would never ever recommend this company ever! All I asked for was foam filling free of charge back in August, they said no way, it could’ve easily been resolved but all they’ve done is make excuses to shift blame. Now I want our money back! I can’t help but feel that if we had got the sofas on credit they’d have had to do something but because we paid cash they’re not interested one bit!! They say it’s damage caused by us when in actual fact it’s 100% down to the fault of the poor quality fibre they’ve used, Beware and don’t buy from this shambles of a company. They may not feel the need to answer to myself and my partner but they will however have to answer to trading standards!
