  We arrived at the sailermakers in Hull to find out our table we booked was not booked at all. Then had to wait for another to become available for 7 of us.
  We ordered our meals which consisted of 4 sunday roasts and one child roast. These were absolutely discusting, the roast potato tasted like they had been sat for hours and tasted stale, the stuffing balls were rock hard and dried up inside and my chicken was burnt on outside and dry inside and cold,the beef was tough as old boots. The only meal that was edible was the combo meal that the other 2 guests had.
  We all complained to the waitress, she apologised but never offered to rectify this. We all left our meals and ended up at macdonalds takeaway as it was too late to go anywhere else.
  We did not cause too much fuss in the pub as there was a lot of people in there with their families and would of spoilt their day.
  We have been in there before and had a bad experience but thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again.This time we will not be returning.
  It was totally unacceptable.
