  The service from this take away is absolutely abysmal, ordered our food and was told it would take 30 minutes it took an hour only to arrive with a donner wrap and chips missing, all the salad and sauces on the kebabs when I specifically asked for them to be separate, the MEDIUM Donner kebabs must have had half a dozen strips of Donner meat on them, rang back and asked for the missing food to be delivered and some extra donner meat, was told it would be sent immediately, 45 minutes later had still not arrived, so rang back was put through to the manager who said he had been to busy to sort out my order and would send good out now, but would not send any extra Donner meat as this is their portion size, I explained it wasnt as we have had this takeaway previously, he refused point blank and told me he would send the food out but it would take 45 mins to 1 hour, when I asked why it wasnt sorted 45 mins earlier he started shouting and telling me he was busy, he got a few kinds words and was told were to shove his food. Never again will I use this takeaway, absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. Disgusting.
