Extremely dissapointed service. agreed to remove a Piano to a first floor and declined to do because there is a stairs to go first floor saying that ground floor is first floor for them, so what is ground floor for them ???? bunch of ignorants in saying that.
Poor service and very disrespectful leaving the Piano outside my premises, Treating us taking the Piano away and probably sell it, burgalors and bad people they are
