- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Our personal experience of Kiels is one of disappointment. Having paid £600 extra to have a whirlpool bath included in out new suite we had to turn it off after only 14 months. Altough repaired twice during its guarantee period it failed a short time after it expired. Kiels repeatedly told me that the manufacturer had gone out of business and no spares were now available. However, genuine spares have been, and still are, available via the internet. It is their lack of interest in solving this problem that I find disappoining.By paulgrantham, August 01, 2018
