  after sending customer feedback to the store early last week due to the poor customer care, missing parts and wrong fitting instructions I was contacted by the Hessle (Hull) stores assistant manager. she assured me that a full and thourough investigation would be carried out and I would be informed by Friday of last week of the outcome. It is now 11.20 on the following Tuesday with still no feedback, but if the sales staff are so poor then management wont be far behind. this Homebase experience has been a nightmare and I would deter anyone from buying at hessle. since my initial complaint I have had to contact them again re- a missing panel. I have also been sent a fitting template for door knobs which is useless as the kitchen has moulded pulls and no knobs. have I been charged for this ??. I also have two large end panels which I require refunding for. awaiting reply......
